Had a recent game in World of Chel (club) where my stats were not recorded. I am on PS5 and never seen this happen before. 5-1 W, but my players shows 0min ice time and 0 assists and 0 goals (I had 4G and 1A).
Has anyone seen this before? Match occurred on 4/1/ 2026 at 10:30pm EST.
Community ManagerHi there. Was it just this one game or does this frequently happen? If you exit out of WoC and load back in, can you check your recent games to see if it was updated? Thanks!

Community ManagerOk. Thanks for letting me know. Apologies for the frustration. Unfortunately, we're not able to recover the stats from past games. Have you had any connection issues in the past? Disconnects, lag or anything odd in general?
EA_Aljo Myself and my teammates have had random disconnects, but no lag.
Community ManagerIf you have regular disconnects, it's possible there's a connection issue causing this to happen. Since this was the only time, hopefully, that's the last of it. In the meantime, the best I can recommend is making sure your connection is stable. If you or your teammates are on WiFi, I'd recommend using a wired connection instead for added stability.
Let me know if it becomes more frequent though. I'll keep an eye out for other reports as well. Thanks!
