Game Still Crashing
Alright at this point I have tried absolutely everything to fix NHL26 from crashing besides buying a new console. I have two Xbox series X’s due to traveling from different states and had this issue ...

This has been on going since last years game, happens with the CFB25 and 26 too. EA has gone mute about the issue on CFB 26 and has ghosted us on the issue. When playing NHL26 on Friday my game hard crashed 4 times in a row and I couldn’t even finish one game with my friends. Please spare me with the “we can’t recreate the issue” you said the same bs last year when this was brought and blamed our consoles when it’s only EA SPORTS GAMES that are hard crashing. I can play call of duty and nba 2k26 all night with zero crashing so please don’t try to tell me to get a fan and that’s the issue. It’s a bug in your game, fix the issue or refund people.

I absolutely wish we could get this resolved. As I have said before, we have been unable to reproduce the constant crashing many of you are experiencing. I have been requesting details so we can check crash logs and have received a couple of responses. Hopefully, more of you will post them. However, it's obviously a bigger issue this year so that will help with finding a solution.
In the past, we didn't have as many reports of crashing as we do with 26. It seems to have picked up. That's unfortunate, but it also can help get this resolved as bigger issues are typically easier to reproduce. Plus, we get more data that helps with those investigations. Also, since previously some resolved this by replacing their consoles or with an external fan, that pointed towards an issue with the console. We just didn't have a lot to go on. I'm agreeing with you that I don't think that's the case. It's just not the easy issue to figure out that people think or it would have been fixed by now.
EA_Aljo thank you for actually communicating about the issue a little bit. It’s been hard to get anyone to respond about this over in the CFB26 forum, they’ve ghosted us over there. Really hope something changes and can get fixed because this is beyond frustrating that this is a continuous issue.
