Goalie Tether Bug

I found a bug with the goaltender tether. While in the butterfly at the top of the crease, allowing the tether to naturally pull the goalie back results in a wonky animation. Also, at times in the butterfly, movement almost feels frozen - as I have found myself unable to move in certain positions. Please see attached screenshot for wonky animation.
