Graphical Issue / Missing Assets in Easter Grudge Match Sets

I completed all the NHL 26 easter egg challenges/ sets and even tho i can no longer complete anymore it shows mw missing 1 collectible for Michal Pivonka. Have tried restarting and exiting out but still wont appear in my collection

I had the exact same situation happen to me, completed all challenges and sets but when I went to turn in I'm missing one collectible.  Hoping to receive a solution before the event ends.

I have the same issue and I understand that you are aware of it but what is the way to fix this?what solution are you providing? 

I’m missing 1. Will you guys compensate me if the event runs out and I don’t receive my player?

The Grudge Match for the Easter Egg set is working, but yesterday I noticed that the cards were arriving quite slowly. If cards are missing, it is also possible that you haven't found all the Easter Egg collectibles yet.

Yesterday, my friend completed this Easter egg set and found all the necessary Easter egg collectible cards and added them to the set, and there were no issues.

I have a solution! Go back to the Gartner challenge in moments and score with Pivonka instead of Gartner and you will unlock a hidden challenge and get the last one!

I had scored with both of them. That how I noticed there was 2 Easter challenges possible in this challenge. They all showed completed also. Still missing one egg.
