Home and away line changes being set to manual not working

Hello! I'm wanting to control my teams line changes in-game but dont know how to. I've tried changing the settings in the main menu before starting my franchise mode but it doesnt work.  Ive even tr...

And in the game settings within franchise mode, 'home and away line changes' are not highlighted and cant be adjusted...I have tried that as well
