Not sure how it happens, but there are instances where, the party is allocated members even when not searching for players.
This needs to be fixed, since it slows down drop in play, since players will be automatically assigned to a party, which has this lobby bug.
I do not know how the problem is created, but causes a block in the queue system for players of drop in.

This playlist includes five files that captures from when I joined the lobby until when the game starts.
In this version of the bug, it appears that CPUs played a whole 6v6 with no players involved.
Usually, when this happens, it allows both teams to play as normal, and when the game finishes, the cycle repeats.
Main problem here is that it slows down playing games in drop in, since you will be continuosly added to a lobby that has this bug.
If I encouter the other variant of the bug, would you like me to capture that as well?
**Edit: The game crashed shortly after, completley taking down the game app on Xbox, restarting me at the Xbox home screen.
The Date-Time in the video title is the date time in UTC when the bug occurred.

It happens quite often enough, where this may deserve to be a high priority fix. I have another tape of this happening. Let me know if that is needed to help prioritize the fix.
Upgrade this one if you can as high priority; it happens in both club and drop in.
Edit: Xbox caps clips at 30 seconds, but this happens in club. Let me know if you need the clip for this as well.
It must relate to the allow drop in option for clubs for this particular one.
Still not clue on how the lobbies occur.
