Keeps signing me out of EA account

This game over the last hour and a half has bugged out and signed me out 15 times for absolutely no reason, my internet connection is good and I still can barely even load into World of Chel.

    Hi there. Let's see if power cycling your equipment will help. Please follow these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hold down the power button on your console until it turns off
    3. Plug in your modem/router and restart your console

    Try playing again and let me know what happens. Thanks!
