Loss of control or lag when winning a faceoff in off zone.

Has anyone noticed that if you win a faceoff on the right faceoff circle in the offensive zone the RD that gets the puck is uncontrollable for about two seconds?

Thanks. Also, is it every RD or just specific ones? Is it happening with every faceoff formation?
