Missing content promised in NHL 25

There was a draft event in NHL 25 where you could unlock rewards for NHL 26 as long as you bought the game within 30 days of release…so I did, but never received the rewards. I brought this up to eas “customer service” 2 months ago, they told me the game tech team will work on it. After another repetitive 30 minute  chat with “customer service” today their response was “our team is still working on a resolution” so essentially “keep waiting”. I only bought the game when I did to get this reward, so EA got my money and I didn’t get what I paid for but all I get from them is “post it to a blog”. Very maddening
