Frozen screen
While playing Cup Chase my game froze between the 2nd and 3rd period. With the screen stuck with the players on the ice, it sat that way for over 10 mins till I finally had to close out the game. This isn't the first time or last time this will happen. What makes it worst is that the game count this as a lost because you have to exit the game. I have video proof it wasn't a player error and more it on Ea. Can someone one please help with this bug and fix my record and give me my progression rewards.[VIDEO EVIDENCE] Spotlight Set Bug: Assets Failed to Load Before Expiration
I am reporting a critical "Server/Client Sync" bug that caused me to lose a Master Set Player I had earned. The Issue: In the final minutes of the Spotlight event, I had earned all required collectibles. However, the Set menu refused to recognize them. The "Cards Available" count would not update, and the "Auto-Fill" feature failed to find the assets that were clearly in my collection. I'm not trying to lose these last 3 collectibles because of the broken sets or animations. There needs to be a serious uptick in the quality of work performed at EA sports NHL. Hi there, I reached out to the EA help line a few times about not being able to collect the previous weeks champs rewards. I never got the prompt to claim and the advisors there kept telling me to wait, but I know they expire after 7 days or so. Is there anyway a manager in here is able to look into the weekend before the last one and see if there is a way to get the collectibles? I would appreciate any help. I just played my first game in franchise mode and already see that EA has not fixed penalties. It's ridiculous, I have all the penalty sliders at 100 and not one penalty was called. It's beyond me how such an important aspect of the game be totally ignored by EA. All I gotta say is NHL 26 is total garbage without penalties being called. Never buying again unless this gets fixed.Don’t have an option to open ea connect anywhere
I’m on Xbox and I can’t open ea connect I don’t have an option even, I googled what button in the controller and nothing happens, I’m so sick of these games never working I bought it so I could play with my brother but I can’t even do that. There is no menu option to access salary perks in be a pro. That menu randomly popped up once but not able to access it again as it’s not under any other tab in the be a pro home screen. Also, there seem to be another bug where we can no longer access the calendar in be a pro to see when are the upcoming games especially with the new energy feature that needs to be managed but only gets replenished once every week l4.5KViews7likes20Comments
