Then explain why Matejko was in the NHL last year and isn't now!? And don't tell me where he played - I know that very well!

Nobody's fooling you. In the NHL 25, Eriks Mateiko played for the QMJHL Rimouski Oceanic. He's currently with the Hershey Bears (AHL). For the developers to be able to bring him back into the game, Mateiko must sign an agreement with the AHL Players Association or play in an NHL game. This agreement is a huge problem for all fans of the game, as it means a huge number of juniors and players who came from the NCAA, KHL and other European leagues are disappearing.

I think you're lying... Because Mateiko was in NHL 2025... And I don't believe that any Latvian player would refuse to be in this game!

Yeah I've said before it's crazy how long it takes to get decent rosters in the game. Over quarter of the season gone and STILL loads of guys missing! No other game is like this.

Hi there. When a player is missing, it means we don't have the rights to use them in the game. Hopefully, we'll be able to get them added in the future.
