I live in Florida so 90% of my games are with 60ms plus. Playing on 30ms is fine and I highly doubt you are playing a ton of people that magically live in Texas.
What is the point of your comment? It doesnt stop the fact that they removed servers that were there the past years while being worth 40 billion dollars.. and yes i am playing 90% against dallas players and dallas uniforms.. havent even played someone in Avalanche unis yet and thats where im local to.. you just sound salty bc you get 60 m/s " how dare i complain".. you can just move along.
