My own teammates betrayed me

Hi I would like to say this, it would be really nice if while I played that the ai played like an actual team on my side and not in a midget b team. It would also be nice if you could fix the controls because I am have issues with my passes and all I seem to do is pass right on the other teams stick. Just letting you know I have been playing your nhl games sense a kid and never had so many issues just trying to enjoy it. I am at the point where I want a refund because it is no fun playing with guys that willingly seem to score on your net.

    The ai is so bad! I don’t expect the ai to be all star level but so many time ai defence get blown by because they are standing still, not facing the puck and/or aren’t coded to poke check.

    Also need to code ai forwards to actively cover the point if a defender (ai or human) jumps up on the rush. 

    Basically turn up the offensive and defensive awareness on ai players.

    I don’t want the game to feel impossible, but I also what the ai players to at least attempt to play hockey.

    The AI defense has gotten constantly worse over the last couple of years.  This year takes the cake.  I have continually watched them do nothing.  Struggle to get back, let the human players skate through or right around them, they play uninspired.  I have changed settings, I have read online what to change and done about every possibility that I could.  Many games our team dominates when they suddenly get the puck, skate down past our AI defense that aren't doing anything and score after having the puck for 12 seconds.  This happens constantly.  The AI is broken.  EA will not listen.  I feel like NHL is barely manned.  The only staff working their is working on next years cash grab or the market place to sell packs.  HELP the gamers and FIX this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
