My real name is offensive???

I’m trying to create my CHEL player and it’s telling me my name is offensive. It says a combination of my first and last name contains profanity. My name is Jim [REMOVED]. Anybody else having this issue? How do I get this fixed? I’ve used my name for years in these games.

Hello. I removed your name from your post. Please keep your personal details private. As far as this issue goes, it would be due to the letters of your name being used in a profane way. Unfortunately, we're not able to change this.
