Servers are trash

Hi there. We're not aware of any issues with the servers at the moment. Are you using a wireless connection by chance?

Im plugged in and having freeze, lag, speed up, packet loss. It happing more and more. Only happened 1 time a game now it's like 3,4,5 times it happens it's ridiculous and really frustrating. 

Make sure you do a full power cycle of your equipment with these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again
