Network connection issue

Hey there. Just to make sure you are properly power cycling, please follow these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router
2. Hold down the power button on your console until it turns off
3. After at least 2 minutes, plug in your modem/router and turn on your console
4. Try playing again

Just tried this, it did not help :(

I have had the same problem, even uninstalled the game and reinstalled with nothing. The internet on my console has no issues running any other games

How do I do that

Nevermind I thought it was broken but I just noticed my name is wrong here, its different than my gamertag so when I click that link it shows no games played or anything

H0D0RMASH​ and meisel30​  Apologies. I thought you were playing FC 26. Not NHL 26. So, that connection test won't work. My mistake. When exactly are you getting the connection error?

As soon as I log into the game. Then if I try to get on to Hut or any of the online modes. 

it’s weird one day I won’t have any issues then another day I won’t be able to log on at all. 

Try clearing the personal saved data with these steps:

1. Hit the Guide button on your controller and highlight the NHL 26 icon
2. Use the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
3. Choose Manage game & add ons > Saved data
4. Delete the file with your gamertag on it

Try to play again and let me know what happens. Thanks!
