NHL26 Failed to find opponent

I am deployed and for some reason I cannot get matched up with an opponent in Online Vs. I tried CHEL and had the same issue. My other games are working for online play.

Have you tried alternate DNS settings with the instructions here?

Yes, please see above where I said all of the DNS settings I tried.

Sorry about that. As a test, can you switch to a mobile hotspot? I just want to see if that works.

  Yes, that worked. I was able to match-up using my phone's hotspot. However, I cannot continue to do that as my U.S. data plan will not support much more. Also, I forgot to mention before, I did test out a mobile hotspot device from a local Japanese shop. That did not work.
  With this info, are there more settings I can try to continue troubleshooting?

    Thank you. This means the issue is with internet at your hotel. Unfortunately, that's not something we can troubleshoot. You'll need to contact their support to see if there's anything they can do.
