Offline modes slow down after loading into HUT

If you start HUT before going into any other offline game mode like Franchise Mode or Be A Pro, these modes start to lag in the menus and while in-game. Probably because developers are not clearing memory before exiting a game mode. HUT loads a lot of information and UI into memory. That information probably persists when exiting that game mode.

You can feel both input lag in menus and choppy framerates while gameplay runs. I also want to report the same old 1-minute left in period (major) lag that happens even without having HUT opened before running any other offline game mode.
