Can confirm the same for HUT unfortunately. The Lidstrom/Bergeron school of stick-on-stick defense is currently just not viable for the most part. I'm hoping they're going to adjust it because it is vital to the game, but thankfully HUT does allow for some more flexibility with the hitting and you can compensate for it.
