2h ago I restarted router, but after that just waited. I played other games and just checked NHL and worked. Hope yours will work soon mate
Are you in US or CAN? it seems like it may be fixed for CAN but I’m in US and it still is not working as of now
U.S. and I can’t get on either.

This was an issue with the PSN. It's not something we had any control over. If you're still unable to connect, try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
