Select sides/ kit selection controller stops working

Every time I try to load a game when I try to play and get to the select kits and side it’s like game doesn’t recognise my controller and I’m left just having to dashboard

    Hey there. Do you happen to have a headset connected? If so, turn it off until after you get into the game.

    I have a wireless headset connected ill try it just now

    Disconnecting my headset worked will there be a patch to fix this kinda issue

    This has been an issue for multiple games now. There are some headsets that have this problem. Not all of them though. I use a wireless headset with no issues. So, for now, the best I can advise is to try a different headset. I'll pass this on to the team though. Which headset are you using?
