Syncing Bug to first Playoff Loss

In the middle of an eashl game 6v6, one of our players game crashes, then all of our screens turn black and go to a syncing screen where we sat for 15 minutes as a team. Message the other team and they are playing against our AFK players.....We leave because again our screen is frozen solid black with syncing in the top corner, when we leave we our given our first loss of our playoff run. Was 0-0 when our screens went dark. This should not be happening in the Elite cup but of course we will wear this loss on our perfect record and I am assuming nothing can be done to fix it?
