Takes forever to find a game

Trying to play 6v6 drop in and it takes forever to get into a game because of server errors or not finding enough players. Searches for 2 minutes to find 1 extra player for my team then the other team has a full 6 man squad. Wouldnt be so bad if the computer players werent terrible. Finally when you get a full match a connection error or server error occurs. Game needs serious updates.
