Us getting a loss after a team quits

We go up 3-0 team pauses leaves but we get the loss ? This has happened multiple times also happens with other clubs. I have video of it.

Happened to my team a few times as well. Super frustrating especially in 3s elite cup

Happened twice on that same series luckily we still won but it made us go into a game 7 when it should’ve been done in 4 haha
