World juniors , Be a pro.

Well while I'm on the bench 2nd shift into game opposing team scores 5 goals .. then while bench start of 2nd period another goal it's 1 minute into  the period. This is on pro lvl . I usually play all star, just wanted to see what game was like .. 🤔 Also I'm getting 1 to 2 shift per person and I have it set to 10 minutes per period😔 Do they play their game ? Can't do much while on the bench. It got worse, and why do you have to automatically be on skip game or Sim game rather than play next game??
