Hello. Please power cycle your equipment with these steps:

Unplug the modem/router for

Hard restart your console by holding in the power button until it turns off

Wait 2 minutes, plug in your modem/router and turn on your console

Try playing again

I have the same thing trying to access the store on World of Chel. I’ve done all the same things as well as reset my internet. It just says failed to retrieve data. It also takes me 2-3 minutes to load into the game itself which I don’t think is normal.

  Try deleting the personal saved data with these steps:
  
  Hit the Guide button on your controller
  
  Highlight the NHL 26 icon
  
  Press the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
  
  Choose Manage game & add ons
  
  Go to Saved data
  
  Delete the file with your gamertag on it
  
  Try that and let me know if it helps or not.

    Wouldn’t that delete all of my data for ultimate team? I play that a lot so I don’t want to lose all of the stuff I’ve done on there.
