This one's got me puzzled. I have an XBox Series S with a wired controller. When I go to play any EA NHL game, the left trigger is completely unresponsive. I play Franchise mode, so the trigger is kinda needed.
And here's the kicker... The trigger works just fine in every other game.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No dice. If anyone has any idea on this, I'm all ears.
Community ManagerHey there. Thanks for reaching out. Check to make sure your controller's firmware is up to date. If that doesn't help, let me know which controller layout you're using. Skill stick, Hybrid or Total Control. I know the left trigger is working on other games, but if you have another controller, can you try it to see if the same thing is happening?
Don't have another controller to test with. Firmware is up to date and issue persists across all controller modes.
