Any update on an upcoming patch?

Clappy told us ~37 days ago on Twitter/X that EA would be looking into our concerns regarding gameplay. Then, with HUT Champs rewards, were told that EA has to reward them manually for a few weeks. I assume they'll need to patch in the fix.

So are we going to go 6 or 7 weeks from launch until our first true gameplay patch?

The life cycle of this game is 6-7 months in a good year. We can't be wasting 20% of the cycle waiting for a patch that's supposed to make gameplay even halfway decent.
