Banned for moving account.

    If you believe this ban was a mistake or you want to explain the situation to the Terms of Service (ToS) team, you can officially appeal it here:

    ​How to do it:

    ​Log in to your EA Account.

    ​Look for the ban/suspension in your history.

    ​Click on "Dispute" or "Contact Us" to start the appeal process.

    ​A few tips for your appeal:

    ​Be honest: Explain that you were moving your own content between your own consoles (Xbox to PS5) and didn't realize it violated the "Coin Distribution" rules.

    ​Proof of Purchase: Mention that you bought the game for both systems; it shows you are a loyal customer, not a coin seller.

    ​Be Patient: The ToS team is the only ones who can lift bans. EA Help chat or forum managers (like Aljo) cannot do it for you. It usually takes a few days to get a response via email.
