Banned for moving account.
Gave my son my Xbox after I got a ps5 he doesn’t play HUT so I moved all the cards/coins over to the other account…. Not even very much. Maybe a couple 92 ovr and a few 90-91. Coins were 130k. I got banned and they won’t contact me. I bought the game for both systems but I could not connect my old account to the new PS5. Did I mess something up. I spent some money on my HUt account and didn’t want it to go to waste. Kinda pissed about this bc now I have to wait 10 more days unless they unban me.

How to do it:
Log in to your EA Account.
Look for the ban/suspension in your history.
Click on "Dispute" or "Contact Us" to start the appeal process.
A few tips for your appeal:
Be honest: Explain that you were moving your own content between your own consoles (Xbox to PS5) and didn't realize it violated the "Coin Distribution" rules.
Proof of Purchase: Mention that you bought the game for both systems; it shows you are a loyal customer, not a coin seller.
Be Patient: The ToS team is the only ones who can lift bans. EA Help chat or forum managers (like Aljo) cannot do it for you. It usually takes a few days to get a response via email.
