Can't play HUT

Consider yourself lucky! I wish my game would break. I keep logging in hoping EA fixed their inept AI. But nope, they just skate around doing nothing 

I open the HUT but in less than a second the error appears

Were you able to enter HUT fine and then this suddenly started occurring or is this the first time you're trying to play HUT in NHL 26?

I have done it, but the same error continues

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Please try these steps:

1. Hit the Guide button on your controller
2. Highlight the NHL 26 icon
3. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the guide button with the 3 horizontal lines on it
4. Choose Manage game & add ons
5. Go to Saved data
6. Delete the file with your gamertag on it

Let me know what happens.
