Can't play nhl 26

Games not working at all, stuck on connecting to EA servers for 25 minutes and not even at the main menu, why?

I am already let down by nhl26 and havent played yet.  At least the excitement left so i woulnt be buying extra packs. " hear that ea no pack money if internet dont work"

Has anyone got a resolution? 

I disconnected my ps5 from my network and it got to the menus.  Still shouldn’t have to do that after paying for the deluxe
