Can't use TOTWs to make SOTM?!?

How in the world does it make sense that I can't use 85/86 TOTW players to make the Stars of the Month (as in previous years)?&nbsp;This literally rewards players for NOT doing something (building past sets).&nbsp;The 83s are now worth more than the 85s/86s!Somebody please make it make sense...

Exactly! If you spend 5 x 83 TOTW to get an 86 TOTW, shouldn't the trade in be 1-for-1 for a SOTM 86?OR have another set for the 87 SOTM that takes TOTW 85-86.The range on the exchange sets is so annoying.I just did a bunch of 76+ Exchange to 78-79. The 78s are not usable to make 82s, but the 79s are. Sure enough I pull all 78s. Total disadvantage vs others who get 79s.
