How in the world does it make sense that I can't use 85/86 TOTW players to make the Stars of the Month (as in previous years)?
This literally rewards players for NOT doing something (building past sets).
The 83s are now worth more than the 85s/86s!

Exactly! If you spend 5 x 83 TOTW to get an 86 TOTW, shouldn't the trade in be 1-for-1 for a SOTM 86?
OR have another set for the 87 SOTM that takes TOTW 85-86.
The range on the exchange sets is so annoying.
I just did a bunch of 76+ Exchange to 78-79. The 78s are not usable to make 82s, but the 79s are. Sure enough I pull all 78s. Total disadvantage vs others who get 79s.
