Crash game in the Opening pack in HUT26

Hi, no. It was a normal pack bought in the store and then from rewards in ranked. Probably any package can do it. Is it possible that there is an error, do you know something?

Can you get a video of this? Just put it up on a site like YouTube where it can be streamed and respond with a link.

Have you also closed NHL 26 and hard restarted your console?

  I don't have a video, I only have a photo. It happened randomly so when I catch it I'll send it, but it's hard when I have my phone with me. For me it's a question of whether it's a game or a console issue. Yes, it restarted or the console was turned off between when it happened. It happens repeatedly one day and then sometimes again the next day. And has no one reported this error to you yet, that when opening the package, when the cards are revealed one by one? Don't you know of anything like that? If there are more such problems then it's the game and nothing happens and I'll wait for the EA Sports update to fix it. I'd need to find out. Thank you
