deleted hockey ultimate team on accident

i went to clear my line up thinking it would clear up my lineup wasn’t paying attention with my little niece playing around with all the stuff in my room and accidentally deleted my team can you please help me on recovering my team i’m not sure what to do and i am loving the nhl 26 game right nowww
