Didn't receive my Ranked rewards!

Just made it to Elite 2 and went to go open my elite 2 pack and it wasn't there, it says im in elite 2 yet there's no checkmark on the rewards in the reward path to say ive received them like it does for the rest. Reset the game numerous times, this has happened when I made players or bought them it takes a while to appear in my collection but never with a ranked pack, especially in Elite. This is wild. Can provide footage of me getting my promotion win into elite 2 and the pack not appearing in my inbox as well as no check mark appearing in the reward path. This is pretty upsetting not gonna lie.
