Failed to find an opponent (Xbox)

After last patch I can not play any online match since the beginning of the week (ranked or wildcards). The first time after logging into the game I can find an opponent, but the game crashes before the first face-off (lost connection), after that when I trying to start a new match I always see : failed to find an opponent and after that I can not play even offline hut moments (game crashes). This has never happened before the patch and my internet connection has not changed. What should I do? P.S. Sorry for my English.

    All steps were completed but there was no effect. The problem is still active. The problem started on October 25, but everything was fine on October 24. And now all fine with playing in FC26 for example. I have no idea what is wrong. NAT 2 with uPnP.

    Did this just start happening or has it been an issue for a while? If it just started, try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again


    If that doesn't help, let me know what the NAT Type is. You can find that in your console's network settings. Thanks!
