Beast mode tokens not appearing in collection

Hey EA_Aljo traded in enough cards to get 10 tokens and no matter how many times I’ve reset the game they are not showing up in my collection and consequently I can’t upgrade my player that I finally got to show up. What’s going on? Can we get the collections fixed. Seems to be a common theme stuff not appearing when making a set of some kind.
