4 days agoDid this just start happening or has it been an issue for a while? If it just started, try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
If that doesn't help, let me know what the NAT Type is. You can find that in your console's network settings. Thanks!
