Saw that some people seem to be getting this while myself and others are not. What's going on?

Community ManagerI'm seeing reports that PS players are getting it. You need to be subscribed to EA Play to get the Supercharge pack.

I've had EA play since Madden 24 or 25 (I don't remember) and I still don't have the pack.
Meanwhile, I'm rushing to try and make a card before the end of Team of the Season.
Why is every experience with the NHL franchise run so poorly and ultimately so unpleasant for loyal customers??
It's absurd.
Do you grasp how outrageous it is that even you have no idea what's going on? How this company is still in business is beyond me...

There is someone in this thread on PS that got the pack. I've also seen PS players on reddit mention they got it. Obviously, that's not the case for all of you. We're investigating it.
Do you have to have game pass ultimate I have the essentials one and last night I paid 10 dollar for just ea play itself
I subscribed to EA play on PS5 and the package doesn't appear.
