Help me understand

The feedback is recognized. I understand not all of it gets acted on and obviously that's frustrating. It does make a difference though. There have been changes made based on community input. I've sent yours over to the team so they are aware of how you feel.

Edit: We have had more buildable sets this year. I understand they aren't all for items you're interested it, but the point remains that there are more buildable items. Which is something the community requested. Previously, everything was in packs, but now there are a higher number of buildable players. We've done this all year for event cards. Some are only in packs. 

Hischier received an Event Card yesterday, and that's exactly the problem. 

Only event fodder cards and Masters are buildable.

If Hischier had received a Transactions Card instead, he would be buildable.

The community has been asking for years for all cards to be available during the summer, and for years nothing has changed for the better, in fact, the opposite ... at least we used to have those random team sets in the summer
