Why aren't players selected who actually fit the theme?

I know there are Canucks-adjacent releases like Silovs, Drew O Connor, Hronek, Rossi for Nations of Hockey but can we actually get Transactions cards for real signings please?

I had already asked in Season 5 if it would be possible to release combos for Marquee Cards. There still aren't any. At this point, it almost needs ovr combos 

There also aren't any TotW Defense combos.
