How do you bump a guy off the puck that standing still & holding right stick?

That's been in the game for years ,but for some reason it's worse this year ,players ues big players and if you don't have big  guys ,they'll just turn their back and you can't hit them ,and since EA nerfed the stick lifts and poke checks to show off their new offensive xfactors it gets kind of difficult to get the puck ,and let's not forget the pressure system and their new fatigue system also come into play to further favor offense and nerf defense
