Missing 96 GG Joe Thornton

Bought a 96 Joe Thornton, put him in my sharks lineup and then went to put him in my normal lineup and is nowhere to be found. Check my collection, nowhere to be found. Go back to sharks line up and it’s still there? Replaced him with another card in sharks lineup, went back and went to put him back in and nowhere to be found. Luckily I could discard lineup changes and he’s still there in my sharks lineup. I have visual proof. Can see card in lineup but not in my collection and will only populate in one lineup. Help please

Any idea as to how I can not lose this card, or is it stuck in one lineup forever? I’ve restarted my game and console, no luck.
