Hut has become a joke
Hut has become such a joke and unfortunately the joke is on us for buying this garbage. Season 1 thought okay there’s a lot wrong but has potential. From the crappy reward system, non existent poke checking abilities and cup chase being worst mode in hut EVER!!! Oh and bad PvP ranking system. So of course on here the complaints and recommendations began to poor in. So here we are season 2 some 70+ days after game drop.
Poke checking is still not fixed. It doesn’t work right. PERIOD!!! You can tell me to send in all the videos you want to prove it. What’s the point? We’re always told we are wrong and it works fine. BS. It doesn’t work. If it did there’d be no complaints about it. We’d be happy for once. If not fixed by now it never will be.
The reward system. Omg it’s bad. I’ve played on superstar pretty much the whole time. The highest card I’ve gotten out of the joke of reward packs at the end of Chase is an 83. A GD 83. Even today in season 2 where we’re now at higher players to turn in to build an 88 player highest was an 82!!!! The rest all 75-78 players. What a joke. Not like I can sell them for any decent amount of coins either. So basically their infusion fodder. The XP rewards not included with some actual packs is a slap in our faces. Single card rewards do nothing for us in the long run and I’m not spending more money for packs in the store either. You got enough of my money.
Brings me to Cup Chase. Jesus jumping johosaphat. Worst game mode ever. One, who wants to play the same teams over and over and over again? Me, me, me said no one EVER!!! From the garbage teams you play to the skimpy rewards after what’s the point? Two, It’s so mind numbingly boring after the first couple mini seasons that I have ZERO INTEREST In continuing to play it. Unfortunately at my age, 50+, I’m mainly an offline player too. So bye bye HUT.
Last piece of my rant. Competitive doesn’t interest me anymore but what little I played it was bad. The new ability, salary cap and ovr+ additions need more work. Not enough options given overall in my opinion. To many countries, teams seem to not get represented. A lot of the same options over and over again. Bruins and Duck lines give bonuses? Whatever for? I’m a fan of neither team. Why not just make if you have a full line of whatever team you choose you get the bonus? It’s HOCKEY ULTIMATE TEAM EA. Let me build my ultimate team. Not one you’re choosing for me. You’ve taken last years game and cut the rewards to virtually nothing. The offline community is basically strangled out by crappy rewards. The pay to play people what they care. They’ll continue to buy packs from the store when they need players. I’m a huge hockey fan and usually play all season long while watching it on tv. Not this year. Not even Thanksgiving and I'm hanging up my equipment to dry. I’m done. I’d say thanks for a great season EA but wow I’ll be cleaning the crap out of the bed rest of the season. Worst game ever.
