HUT lagging and crashing

Hi, I tried play NHL 26 HUT from yesterday, cause I was on the 58 Season 1 level and had some easy quests with another points. But game was so extremely lagging, when I could play 1 of 8 games in moments, 7 of 8 must restart game, cause on the match loading screen game frozen. Lagging in the menu is terrible slow standardly, but last week, especialy yesterday and today, is another level. Change to the Moments, choose moment to play, confirm teams and loading screen take me minimal 7 minutes! My connection is very good, no problem here. So I would like to the season card of Celebrini 87 OVR, which I could not get, cause this problems broken my plan, as apology from You. If not, I will ask for the refundation, cause this is not my first rodeo. This problems are still here. Still same game, after years and still same problems.... But I love hockey. Give me some response and sorry for my english. Thank you.

    Same thing has been happening to me for two days. Incredible  slow menus, and loading times

    Yes, this whole updating content between every screen change, and taking a minute to log into hut is getting really frustrating and very time consuming. Ever since the update last week, the game has been horribly slow to navigate. It's not the connection, its the game. Throw in sets not working properly and having to restart the game to find missing cards and collectibles, the last update has pretty much made HUT worse!

    Have you tried any of the connection troubleshooting? Are you on a wired or wireless connection?
