Is It Possible to Pull a Fantasy Card from the Exchange sets?

We have no information if its possible or not, so can we get some explaintion here if its possible, or if thoose exchanges set cant include ANY form of current event cards? Also Same Question Regard...

    Hahahah no its not. Spent 100 k points opening more than 20 of those 3.6k ”higher chance of fantasy player packs” got a bunch of useless players that wasnt even eligble for the fantasy sets bc of their low ratings
