Jordan Staal

Staal had a 70% faceoff  rating and he doesn't get an elite faceoff ability ,why would anyone build his card without his best ability not on it 

Same thing goes for Bergeron one off the all time best centers at faceoffs but his best card doesn't have the elite quick draw ability, why would anyone pay money for him without his best ability
