L2/LT toxic gaming behavior

With all due respect, you understand that WoC and HUT are completely different game modes, right? So, why don't you get rid of your childish comical fantasy outfits you wear in WoC and play - let's say - 3 seasons of HUT? THEN you come back here and tell us again, how easily you defend that move?

Obviously we play both Cup Chase and Ranked.

Cup Chase only gives very little rewards.

I started S3 5-0-1 and now, after facing crazy L2 spam players, I'm now 10-10-2.

I get that I'm not that good, I'm probably just slightly above the average playerbase, but these invincibility bubbles with L2 are absolutely infuriating. It's not hockey. It makes zero sense. You shouldn't blame the players for an issue created by the developers.

how about just get better at defense fr not hard instead of making this ea dev get heat for somethin that lit cannot be fixed, u guys understand how coding n shi in games works right? if you fix something most of the time it breaks somethin else esp for ea, n bro banning players for over using something EA LIT put in the game is jus crazy lmao, if u can’t deal wit it get off nhl 26 😂😂

I do not blame the players! What made you think so? It's obvious that  people who play this game are NOT responsible for all the issues created by the devs. And of course this is not hockey! Have you ever seen a player who skates twice as fast backwards than you're going forwards?

I guess I could agree with you, tho I'm not 100% sure I understand what you're saying. You are probably right by saying, if they fix something on one end they break something on the other end. With that I agree and maybe that's the reason why they decided not to fix anything anymore?

The patch we just released fixed a lot of different issues. Not this particular one. The thing is, this functionality is directly tied to one of the most important mechanics in the game. We all hate the LT'ing, but the other quick option is disabling manual backskating. Which would drive pretty much all of us crazy. Removing that would most likely be a far more frustrating experience than defending someone exploiting it.

It was supposed to be fixed, based on the nhl 26 deep dive, right? The only reason i bought this game was because of that fix. I used to play hut online during 90% of my games (and from october to September). Last year, i stopped after one or 2 champs run and played chel and offline hut because of that.... Even after the release this year, they said it was buffed after the first patch. It's stille the same....

 If you can't fix it, please just removed the L2 button. I don't care to not have vision control if it can fix online gaming....

So, what ARE these "a lot of different issues" that have been fixed?

Not having vision control would probably be a lot more frustrating. I don't see that happening. This needs a proper fix.
