Literally can't play Cup chase
Game keeps freezing in between periods given me a loss and there is no phone number to contact EA but I wan them to remove this loss from my account!!

Personally, I found not button-mashing to skip the intermission helped. Let the ‘Play of the Period’ segment load to show the player, then let the menu screen load until it starts loading a replay.
Haven’t had any issues since I started following this advice from another user.
It’s almost like when you complete a moment and press continue/complete to fast forcing you to play the remainder of the game
